Shipping

All live cultures ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit. We use USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for all live orders to minimize time in transit and protect your cultures.

• Orders placed by Monday noon CT typically ship same day or Tuesday
• We include a live arrival guarantee on all culture orders shipped within the continental USA
• Heat packs or cold packs are included seasonally as needed
• Tracking is provided for every order

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@spiritualcreations2024.org. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Live Culture Arrival Guarantee

If your live culture arrives dead on arrival (DOA), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge. DOA claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing something, contact us immediately at support@spiritualcreations2024.org and we will make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We inspect every order before it ships, but if we made a mistake — we own it and we fix it.
