Customer Support
Shipping & Return Policy
Return window: live-culture dead-on-arrival claims must be reported within 24 hours of carrier delivery. Eligible unopened, unused non-live items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Live Culture Shipping
Live cultures ship Monday–Wednesday so packages avoid weekend holds. Seasonal heat or cold may delay shipment until a safe window.
Live Arrival Claims
For approved DOA claims, Spiritual Creations may provide a replacement culture, refund, or store credit. Customers should not mail live organisms back unless specifically instructed.
Return Cost
Customers pay return shipping for elective or non-defective returns. If we shipped the wrong item or made a fulfillment error, we will provide instructions and cover the approved return cost.
Aquarium Use Only
Do not release live organisms, culture water, or aquarium contents into natural waterways.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If a non-live item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact support@SpiritualCreations2024.org with your order number, delivery date, photos of the package, and photos of the item. Keep the package until the claim is reviewed.
